This is the start of a great relationship.

STEP 1: Conversation to Concept

Whether it’s a drizzle or a downpour, brainstorming is the start of every great design. We’ll begin the design process by having a meaningful conversation with you to find out more about you and your organization. We’ll use this time to discuss your current online presence, as well as any marketing efforts that have (or haven’t) worked for you in the past. Be ready to tell us more about where you are now and where you want to go.

Once we both have decided that we make a great team, we’ll get to work creating the concepts that we discussed. As soon as we have a basic web design and branding concepts completed, we’ll reach out to schedule a review session.

STEP 2: Initial Designs

This is where the magic starts to happen. We’ll walk you through the initial concepts we’ve designed and explain why we chose to use certain images, fonts, and colors (these are more important than many people realize). We believe in open dialogue, so we want you to be completely honest about your likes and dislikes. This is your greatest opportunity to make a good first impression on new customers. We want you to be happy with our work.

STEP 3: Collaborate and Edit

As soon as you’ve approved the initial designs, we’ll work together to create the right content that connects with your customers. We want to be sure the written and visual content accurately reflects your business, culture, and overall personality. We will rely on the written content you’ve delivered, pull detailed information from relevant sources, and analyze competitors to be sure your message is on point.

We’ll also use this time to polish up your responsive web design and optimize to ensure a great user experience whether your new website is viewed on a desktop or mobile device.

STEP 4: Review and LAUNCH

We want to be sure you’re completely satisfied with the finished product, so we’ll meet on a video call and screenshare to walk through your new website together. As soon as we receive the final approval from you, we’ll complete the testing process. This involves utilizing various tools to verify your website’s speed and reliability. We’ll also manually test your new website on multiple desktop browsers and mobile devices to ensure optimal real world results.

Once we see some great test scores, we’ll schedule a launch time so you’ll know exactly when you can begin promoting your new site.
